4. Application Conditions for KERASEAL ADO20 Epoxy Coating

• The surface must be mechanically prepared to ensure adhesion, thoroughly cleaned, free from oil and contaminants, and primed with PS50 primer.
  

• Concrete substrate must be at least 28 days old.
  

• Substrate moisture content must be < 6%.
  

• Minimum application temperature: 13ºC maximum: 39ºC.
  

• Surface temperature must be at least 3ºC above the dew point to prevent condensation.
  

• Maximum ambient humidity: 85%.
